>> MPEJ Copyright Policy ======================= The idea of the following rules is to make the complicated copyright issue as easy as possible: 1. Authors own the copyright to the Article and retain it except for the points below. 2. Authors hereby grant to MPEJ a free and unrestricted license to disseminate the Article electronically to anybody who asks for it. 3. Authors allow MPEJ to translate the Article to other document formatting languages, or to transfer the Article onto another medium (such as CD-ROM) for non-commercial purposes. 4. Authors allow MPEJ to enter commercial agreements with publishers to republish the paper provided that - the free electronic distribution is mentioned. - no part of the text or MPEJ header is modified. - no additional text is added, with the possible exception of identifying marks (such as imprints of collections). 5. Authors agree not to publish the same or substantially the same Article elsewhere. After a reasonable delay, the Authors may of course use the material for "collected works" and other forms of reprinting of "historically important" articles, if prior publication in MPEJ is being acknowledged.
